Sign for a local bait shop. Now I know that black and white perch are called “Crappie” and in Louisiana my Cajun relatives called them “sacalait.” Whether this is a case of a Freudian slip or truth in advertising is currently unknown. Even though it’s not always the case, this is indicative of how difficult doing business with folks up here can be. But not to worry, we’ve got your back! We know the right people for the right job. Scheduling of annual Heat/AC maintenance service
Annual change of smoke detector batteries
Monitor dehumidifiers
Monitor for rodent infestation and set traps if needed
Annual draining and flushing of water heater
Hot tub monitoring

Last month I erred when referencing “Avian Flu” in relation to the recovering bird populations. It was the West Nile Virus! I do hope that panic did not ensue. Rest assured that the Avian Flu is not currently an issue in this country.

Ramp Tramp Festival
