Now I know that black and white perch are called “Crappie” and in Louisiana my Cajun relatives called them “sacalait.” Whether this is a case of a Freudian slip or truth in advertising is currently unknown. Even though it’s not always the case, this is indicative of how difficult doing business with folks up here can be. But not to worry, we’ve got your back! We know the right people for the right job. If it is Complete Home Services or someone else we make sure the job is done to your satisfaction!
