This Service includes the following:

  • Home Monitoring (4 times per month)
  • Change Air Filters (2 times per year)
  • Schedule annual Heat/A/C maintenance service
  • Annual change of smoke detector batteries
  • Monitor Dehumidifiers
  • Monitor for Rodent infestation & set necessary traps
  • Replace burnt out light bulbs as needed
  • Winterize home when needed
  • Annual drainage & flushing of Water Heater
  • Monitor Hot Tub

Gold Plan

This Service includes the following:
